Refund policy

Refunds:
Due to the nature of the products, I have no refund policy, which means you understand that the work (psychic, tarot, rootwork..etc) cannot be refunded. 

If you are unhappy with your reading, we will work out the issues on the day of the reading only. You cannot reach out days or weeks later saying that you were unhappy or the 'work hasn't done anything'. 

Readings will be done over Zoom/Google meet. 
The readings will not be recorded. If you would like to record the reading to keep the download, then please set up screen recording on your end. 

No-shows
If you do not show up to your scheduled meeting, you will not receive a refund. The amount will be transferred to rescheduled day. If you have to reschedule more than 3 times, please reach out immediately so we can solve this issue via email.
