Everything I offer is made, read, or worked specifically for you. Because of that, all sales are final. Please read the details below for each type of purchase, and reach out to hello@divinationbarbietarot.com before you buy if anything is unclear.

Ritual Clothing and Accessories

  • Every garment and accessory is made to order and ships in 4 to 6 weeks from the day you order.
  • All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges, including for sizing. Please use the size guide on each product page, and contact me before ordering if you are unsure.
  • Cancellations: you may cancel within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Size, color, and pillar changes are also accepted within those 48 hours. After 48 hours your order is committed to production and cannot be cancelled.
  • Delays: if your order will ship later than 6 weeks because of a delay on my end, I will contact you before that window closes with an updated date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
  • Damaged or defective items: contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If there is a construction defect or transit damage, I will repair or replace the item.
  • Natural variation in handmade pieces, such as slight differences in drape, star placement, or how a color appears on your screen, is not a defect. Damage from washing or wear outside the care instructions is not covered.
  • Custom sizing and custom pieces are also final sale.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Every order ships with tracking. If tracking shows your package as delivered and you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your building, then contact the carrier. I am happy to help you file a claim. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Blessing Service

  • You may cancel within 48 hours of booking, or any time before your item ships to me, for a full refund. Once the work has begun, the service is final.
  • You pay shipping both ways. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in either direction. Tracking and insurance are strongly recommended.
  • I may decline any item for any reason, and you will be refunded in full.

Tarot Readings

  • All readings are final sale.
  • If something did not sit right with you, contact me the day of your reading with your specific concern, and I will try to make it right if possible. Concerns raised days or weeks later cannot be addressed.
  • Each session has a 5 minute grace period from the start time.

Event Bookings

Deposits are non-refundable and hold your date. You may reschedule once with at least 7 days notice, and your deposit carries over to the new date.

Any written agreement or invoice for your event also applies.

These Terms of Service apply to everything purchased or booked through divinationbarbietarot.com, including ritual clothing, accessories, the blessing service, tarot readings, and event bookings. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms, along with my Refund Policy.

1. Entertainment and Spiritual Services

  • Tarot and oracle readings are provided for entertainment purposes only.
  • Spiritual work, including the work in my garments, accessories, and blessing service, is offered to support what you are already moving toward. It is not a guarantee of any specific outcome, and results differ from person to person.
  • Nothing I offer is medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, and nothing replaces care from a qualified professional. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

2. Age

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, book a reading, or use the blessing service.

3. Orders and Pre-Orders

  • Clothing and accessories are sold as pre-orders, made to order, and ship in 4 to 6 weeks from the order date.
  • Pre-order windows open and close on posted dates.
  • Prices, products, and availability may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
  • I may decline or cancel any order, for example for a pricing error or suspected fraud. If I do, you will receive a full refund.

4. Readings

  • Readings take place on Google Meet at the time you book on my calendar. Please arrive on time. Each session has a 5 minute grace period.
  • If you would like to keep your reading, you are responsible for recording it on your end.
  • I may end a session if a client is abusive or disrespectful.

5. Blessing Service

Items are sent at your own risk. Please do not send heirlooms, irreplaceable items, or items of significant monetary value. Every item is photographed on arrival to document its condition. Full blessing service terms are in my Refund Policy and FAQ.

6. Events

Event bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received. Any written agreement or invoice for your event also applies.

7. Activation and Candle Safety

Activation instructions involve an open flame. You are responsible for following fire safety: use a stable, heat-safe surface, keep flames away from fabric and anything flammable, and never leave a candle unattended.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, garments, patterns, photographs, videos, written content, product names, and the Divination Barbie name and logo belong to Divination Barbie. My spiritual process is my own and is not taught or licensed through any purchase. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell my designs or content without written permission. You are welcome to share photos of yourself in your pieces and tag me.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Divination Barbie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, my products, or my services. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

11. Changes

I may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted here, with the date it was last updated.
