A lot of us can't practice out loud. Family, work, or you just don't want your business in the street. So the spiritual work stays home, and you walk into the world without it.

I build the work into the garment instead. Before anything is cut, the thread sits on my altar. Spirits attached, spell work layered in. That thread is then sewn into the piece, so the work lives in the structure of the garment.

Nothing on the outside announces itself. To everyone else it reads as velvet. To you it is protection, or money, or manifestation, depending on what you chose.

This is hoodoo. One of the oldest spiritual traditions in this country, and it belongs in your closet.
